For Canadian Orders, we normally ship Canada Post and you can normally expect to have your product arrive within five to seven working days.
For our U.S. Customers, your Mindplace product will be shipped from the U.S.
For Transparent Corporation purchases, you will receive an email which contains information on where to download your software as well as registration and key numbers.
If you wish to return your product for any reason, please contact us first for an RMA number. Any product returns without an RMA number will be refused. Refunds and returns outside of warranty issues are not issued after 30 days from time of purchase.

Your products come with a two year limited warranty against any manufacturing defects. Any defective parts will be repaired or replaced free of charge (exclusive of shipping costs) during that two year period. Damage caused by a purchaser's misuse or accident, fire, flood or natural disaster is not covered by the limited warranty.
When returning your product to the Manufacturer, purchaser must contact manufacturer (see returns above) for a Return Manufacturer Authorization (RMA) number before returning the unit for any reason.
